We identify attractive private market investment opportunities and provide, if needed, transactional support for investors. Our focus is on asset-light business models that have high barriers to entry and we are open to succession cases, carve-outs and spin-offs.

PRIVATE DEBT 

On a select base, our firm supports companies and their development with private debt. Our focus is on asset-based financing, distressed debt and special situations in a couple of countries.
